General Terms and Conditions



The Hirer must confirm:



Private Parties and Events on Booking Disco/Karaoke


1. If you wish to employ our Services we will need a 3rd of the Event Fee as Deposit when booked with us. min of £50 Deposit cash or Pay Pal Payment. Deposit must be paid before Purple Star Karaoke can confirm any booking.

2. When you Enquire for one of our Services from Purple Star Karaoke, please check with Sarah or Kevin with the date, time and the location and if stairs to venue room so we can give the Price that Purple Star Karaoke will require for Venue.

3. Where in the case of a late booking, we will need to be given all the above before we go to the Venue.

4. Deposit must be paid before Purple Star Karaoke can confirm booking.

3. Cancellation the deposit is non returnable

4. The Remaining Fee, Please be paid upon setup of the Disco/Karaoke.






Agencies and other Business groups


1. If you wish to employ our Services we will need a 3rd of the Event Fee as Deposit when booked with us. Deposit must be paid before Purple Star Karaoke can confirm any booking.

2. When you Enquire for one of our Services from Purple Star Karaoke, please check with Sarah or Kevin with the date, time, location and if stairs to venue room so we can give the Price that Purple Star Karaoke will require for Venue.

3. Then the agencies fee can be added to our quoted price as a final fee for services.

4. We will Require Sufficient: business cards, Literature, phone numbers, headed receipts given to us from agencies or business groups for the service unless they are happy with us using our own. These will have to be provided two weeks before the booked event.

5. Where in the case of a late booking, we will need to be given all the above before we go to the Venue.

6. Purple Star Karaoke will need a receipt for the price that was quoted for the booked event from the agencies or group using our services.

7. The following the full cleared payment recived before the agencies or group will get the deposit that was paid when booked and their administration fee back in full after the Service has been provided.

8. Cancellation, The deposit is non returnable.



We have added these due to the meeting with our solicitor for future reference when dealing with a third party.
